No. Only the organiser signs in. Everyone else opens the link, says if they’re coming, picks a place and types their name.

Who can see dietary needs?

Everyone sees the totals, like “3 vegetarian”. Only the organiser sees who needs what, so they can book properly.

What happens at the deadline?

Voting closes automatically. You then lock in the winner and send it to the team, along with the headcount for the booking.

Can people add their own suggestions?

Yes. Everyone voting can add up to two places of their own.
